When is the best time to buy Iranian carrots?

In terms of agriculture, the center of Iran’s activity is in the city of Dezful and its surroundings, which is located in the plain of Khuzestan. This region is ideal for growing crops throughout the year due to its rich soil and mild climate. Farmers harvest Dezful carrots in autumn. Also, the harvest of this pen starts from the end of autumn.

The first and most important rule is the ratio of carrots to other ingredients. No carrot to be exported to the EU must be less than 15 cm long. Of course, there are always those sensitive consumers who insist on receiving only packaged carrots longer than 20 cm.

However, a 15 cm carrot is the standard accepted by most traders. A good sized carrot is at least 2.5 cm in diameter. We do not put deformed or damaged carrots in the box.
